You get to enjoy Wales’ capital and then come home to this. Flat 1 has 2-bedroom apartments which offers more privacy for a student, giving you quiet time to pull an all-nighter.
The 4 large bedroom house share on Seymour Road will be the place to host your friends, study and enjoy your academic year in. The property has been fully refurbished and is double-glazed. The generous landlady has agreed to pay up to £100 per month for the gas and electric and all the bills including water and broadband, which will come in handy for your Netflix marathons and online shopping.
We have lots of listings in Bristol and this one is a close and difficult one to call. The two properties that stand out are Carlton Mansions and 13 Christina Terrace. Close to the city, you can enjoy the nightlife, shopping in town, and great places to eat, all a stone’s throw. An added bonus? It’s conveniently located near the city centre!
