Sub-Processors
This page provides the current list of sub-processors engaged by Hybr Limited (“Hybr”) to process personal data on behalf of customers in connection with the Hybr Services.
It should be read alongside Hybr’s Data Processing Agreement, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Hybr enters into written agreements with its sub-processors that impose appropriate data protection obligations and remains responsible for their processing of Controller Data as required by applicable law.
Current sub-processors
Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure, hosting, databases and data storage
Twilio: Communications infrastructure, including WhatsApp, telephony, SMS and voice services
Resend: Transactional and service-related email delivery
Aircall: Telephony, call management and voice communications
OpenAI: Artificial intelligence processing, including language understanding, generation, classification, extraction and summarisation
Anthropic (Claude): Artificial intelligence processing, including language understanding, generation, classification and workflow automation
Google (Gemini): Artificial intelligence processing, including language understanding, generation, classification and workflow automation
Fireflies.ai: Call and meeting transcription, summarisation and analysis
Sentry: Application monitoring, error tracking, debugging and platform reliability
PostHog: Product analytics, platform usage analysis and product improvement
Yoti: Identity and applicant verification services where enabled
Artificial intelligence providers
Hybr uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to deliver certain features of the Services, including applicant qualification, communication assistance, summarisation, information extraction and workflow automation. Depending on the relevant functionality, Controller Data may be processed by OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini).
In accordance with Hybr’s Data Processing Agreement, identifiable Controller Data is not used to train Hybr’s own AI models or the models of its AI sub-processors.Hybr engages its AI providers under contractual and technical arrangements intended to prevent Controller Data from being used for model training.International data transfers
Some of Hybr’s sub-processors may process personal data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where Controller Data is transferred outside the UK, Hybr ensures appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law. These may include a valid UK adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms as applicable.
Changes to sub-processorsHybr may update this list as its Services and technology providers evolve.In accordance with Hybr’s Data Processing Agreement, Hybr will provide customers with at least 30 days’ advance notice of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor. Customers may object to a proposed change on reasonable data protection grounds in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
