LONDON

London is thrilling, exciting, and full of potential, but it is more than just big city buzz. The river Thames winds its way through the city Centre, and the range of neighborhoods, cultures, and quarters make this international metropolis an attractive and neighborly place to live.

Every neighborhood in London has cafes, bars. restaurants, pubs, and clubs, but as you live your best student life in the city, you will explore the secrets of each one. The rebuilt East End provides avant-garde culture and a bohemian lifestyle. The City Centre is home to well-known retail stores, theatres, and Chinatown. South London is multicultural and creative. Museums, the Notting Hill Carnival, and music venues may all be found in West London. For eight hundred years, the City of London has been the beating heart of the city.

If you have a hangover or a rumbling stomach, we suggest visiting Honest Burger, which has locations all around London. You can also try Mother Flipper at Kerb in King's Cross, which is much more than a simple takeout trailer.

There are a few excellent coffee shops in the King’s Cross neighbourhood for a more refined coffee date, as well as your standard Starbucks and Costa if none of the independent establishments catch your eye. In addition to some of the greatest brunches in this side of London, Caravan also offers freshly roasted coffee for a quick pick-me-up. All of this is served in the oh-so-cool Scandi setting.

In Kings Place, the Green & Fortune Café has a deli-style menu with soups and sandwiches that are ideal for a quick snack or to take back to your apartment between classes.

With our rooms, you may live in the central London neighbourhood that most fits you, from the cafes of Hoxton to the renowned Tower Bridge, the riverfront skylines of Westminster and Vauxhall, to the lively neighbourhoods of King's Cross and Victoria.

Our London student housing is close to the city's top colleges and offers a variety of rooms, amenities, and on-site, round-the-clock support staff to help you get the most out of your stay. A better moment than now to pick HYBR for your housing accomodations.

Unsurprisingly, Lincoln has a lot to offer in terms of authentic pubs given that it is an Olde English town. The Strugglers Inn, a favourite for quality ale by an open log fire, is a great place to go for a quiet pint after a long day of studying. Both students and the general public can attend performances at the Lincoln Performing Arts Center on the University of Lincoln campus, which offers a wide variety of live theatre and performances and enriches the community.

Many students save dining out as a treat for rare occasions (or for when someone else is paying). The nicest tearoom in Lincoln, though, is probably Bunty's Tearoom on Steep Hill, which features beautifully soft carrot cake and mismatched vintage crockery. If you need a somewhere to take your parents when they come to visit.

The family-run Italian café Bar Unico in St. Benedict's Square will keep you in rich, authentic espressos and creamy lattes during the day while its pizzas and gelato perform extremely well after dark if you need a little caffeine to power the next chapter of your thesis.
