Hybr was founded by University of Bristol graduate Hannah Chappatte. Frustrated by the toxic rental market students are exposed to, Hannah set out to fix it. With a focus on building great relationships between landlords and students, Hybr has become a leading player in the student rental market. In May 2022, Hybr took raised a pre-seed to scale across the UK. Participants included Evelyn Bourke, former CEO of BUPA, and Debbie Wosskow OBE, founder and CEO of women’s business group the All Bright Network.
