West End is another popular location among both students and local families. Due to its popularity the rent here can be higher than other areas, but it is definitely worth it.

Sincil Bank

This has become a really popular student area in Lincoln due to low house pricing and its proximity to the University of Lincoln campus.

Monks Road

Monks Road, similar to Sincil Bank, has a lot of more affordable student options and it has a wide range of houses to choose from.

Uphill

Uphill is close to Bishop Grosseteste University so is popular among these students, it has lots of shops and cafes, so it has a lot of what you need!
